Ryan was meant to make pizza. Born in 1981, he began working in pizzerias and restaurants at just 15 years old. This included many stints inside family-owned and operated establishments. After a ten-year hiatus from the industry, Ryan returned after the pandemic with his wood-fired pizza trailer called Pizza Trails. Although successful, the burden of both a food truck and takeout location took its toll, and Ryan sold his pizza truck and re-branded his takeout location in Schodack, NY to start Ryan’s Famous Pizza in October of 2023. New name, and new look, but the same homemade dough and wildly popular pizza that his raving fans are used to. Give Ryan’s Famous Pizza a try and see what all the fuss is about!

Ryan's Wood Fired Pizza
The style that started it all. Ryan’s Wood-Fired Pizza is baked in his Neapolitan oven at temperatures exceeding 800 degrees. Simple ingredients for this Italian classic pizza style. Enjoy a 12″ wood-fired pizza with all of your favorite toppings. The dough contains NO sugar.
Ryan's Square Pan Pizza
This is the style Ryan grew up on. Not quite a thick Sicilian pie, but rather a medium-crust pizza that Grandma may have cooked at home using a rectangle baking sheet. A different dough recipe than wood-fired, this style of pizza boasts crispy edges and a fluffy center. Feed your family with this 16′ rectangle pizza.
